Pumpkin Bread

1 pkg spice cake mix 1 can pumpkin 2 egg whites quick oats for garnish (optional) Mix together first 3 ingredients then sprinkle oats on top if you want. Pour into 2 regular loaf pans or 4 mini loaf pans. Bake at 325 for 40 min (for mini loaves) to 50 - 60 min (for regular loaves) or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. A few people suggested making muffins out of this. That would be great too, just decrease the baking time to probably 20 - 30 min depending on how big the muffin pan is.
