In this demonstration, we are showing you how to make delicious fruit jam in a quick and easy way. And YES, bread makers can make jam. The instructions for jams and preserves are usually in the very back section of your bread maker instructions manual if you have one. Our main secret is - use LIQUID PECTIN. That stuff is no fuss and is easy to use. It gives the same result every time. Secret number 2 - use Frozen fruit! Frozen fruit is as good as fresh ones. They are available year round and is cheaper than fresh when fresh is not in season. Therefore, you can have fresh homemade jam all the time. Secret number 3 - MAKE SMALL BATCHES. You are not planning to make a fortune out of this right? Smaller batches allow you to finish it faster and you can make more different jams throughout the year.
